Assistant Restaurant Manager: £21k Basic + £3k Bonus

THOMPSON St Albans, fine dining restaurant, seek an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.  You must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, be a genuine team player, fully prepared to get stuck into any task, inspire, motivate & lead your team, getting the best out of individuals, every service.  Ensure impeccable standards of presentation from your team at all times.  You will enhance our already excellent reputation & service, looking after our guests with particular attention to details, to their specific needs, their requirements, likes & dislikes, developing a rapport with them and building a close personalised relationship, thus ensuring their return and word of mouth within pier groups, of the wonderful experience our guests can expect at THOMPSON ST Albans.

The role will include progression to Restaurant Manager and require cover the Assistant General Manager’s duties for days off and holiday.  Full training, coaching and guidance will of course be provided.  You should have 1 to 2 years of management and leadership experience, in a fine dining environment, be eager to progress and develop your career.
