Our Tasting Menu consists of carefully selected dishes, designed to give our guests a unique dining experience in St Albans. Phil Thompson's cooking is driven by the ever-changing seasons, delivering well balanced menus, showcasing his creativity, passion and flair. We have a wine flight, optional (wines to match each course) complimenting each dish. This menu offers a truly memorable and enjoyable dining experience for you and your guests. We ask that the Tasting Menu be ordered by the whole table, this menu is available daily excluding Sundays. please note all menus are "sample menus".
