Make your way to see Phil Thompson and the team at THOMPSON St Albans stall, just in front of the old BHS building, on Sunday 18 November in St Albans City Centre, for a fun and family-friendly afternoon, with all sorts of entertainment on offer, in the lead-up to the big switch-on at 5pm.
Meraki Christmas Festival and the St Albans Christmas Market
Get into the Yuletide spirit with a visit to the Meraki Christmas Festival. It’s the perfect place to do your Christmas shopping, with a unique range of exquisite hand-crafted gifts available from the market. And while you browse, you can enjoy the atmosphere of a veritable winter wonderland, complete with Santa’s Grotto, ice skating, fairground rides and more. The festival and market are open from Friday 30 November to Saturday 22 December at the bottom of Holywell Hill on the meadow opposite Westminster Lodge.
Celebrate New Year’s Eve in St Albans
