Temporary Closure due to Coronavirus
Family is the word, how is yours? How are you? Our family-run restaurant THOMPSON St Albans is temporarily closed due the Coronavirus Pandemic.
THANK YOU TO HEALTH PROFESSIONALS THE WORLD OVER AND THOSE LOCAL TO US
YOU ARE TRULY AMAZING!!!
I would like to thank our guests and regulars for their supportive and kind words, all those independent restaurateurs who have already pulled together, offering support and advice on how to handle things to date. It is an honour and a privilege to be part of such a wonderful support network in St Albans.
When we do reopen our doors to take back our position as relaxed fine dining restaurant, I can promise wonderful menus, exciting new wines and an amazing staff who will use this time to train, plan, innovate and create new ideas.
Over the last few difficult days, our team has been positive, supportive and put the needs of our guests and the business ahead of their own, complying with all our safety directives, literally going above and beyond with their level of care and attention to detail. We are blessed to have our own amazing family to share our journey and wow, what a chapter this Coronavirus is proving to be…
Thank you to those who are accepting vouchers in place of refunds and deposits or moving reservations to a later date. For any enquiries in relation to existing reservations, please email us at welcome@thompsonstalbans.co.uk as we will be working from home.
With best wishes, love to you all and your families, keep well, healthy and safe.
Phil Thompson and the team at THOMPSON St Albans
