Phil and the team will explain all dishes as they are served, matching wines will be introduced by Charles Boyd of Ellis of Richmond.

Italy, the home of MoscatoChiantiAmarone and Prosecco, has a rich wine heritage dating back more than two thousand years, famous for its bewildering diversity of both grape varieties and wine styles and largest producer of wine representing around a quarter of global production, and is home to some of the oldest wine-producing regions.
