Phil and the team will explain all dishes as they are served, and matching wines will be introduced by Matthieu Florentz of Amathus. Discover an array of sparkling wines from across Europe, tasting some “Pet-Nat” from France and Spain, an amazing “Col Fondo” style wine from Italy, finishing in England with a lovely Rosé from Sussex.
