Phil and the team will explain all dishes as they are served, matching wines will be introduced by Duncan Ross, a New Zealander himself, serving Berkman Wine Cellars for 21 short years.  Kia ora (hello) and welcome to the Land of the Long White Cloud, New Zealand, it’s not just Sauvignon Blanc. Learn about the history, climate and explore different styles, regions and producers from this amazing land.
