We all know eating outside is real treat and we love to make the most of sunny days in the garden. Dining al fresco is the perfect way to enjoy a beautiful day – whether it’s a casual lunch with the family or get-together with friends, any occasion can be better spent outside.
Our terrace is open and available for pre-dinner drinks and cocktails, lunch and dinner. Seated in the full sunshine, nicely shaded under an umbrella, or in our air-conditioned conservatory with French doors that open out onto the terrace, you’ll find yourself surrounded by the summer scents of wisteria, trailing petunias, geraniums and creepers.
Our terrace is also available for private hire for events, such as weddings, special birthdays and anniversaries.

Dine in our attractive conservatory, with all the benefits of summer, while staying cool and comfortable. Enjoy a pretty view of our terrace and its beautiful flowers through our French doors that open outside during the warm weather.
Drinks on the terrace
Consider a glass of champagne, a classic or seasonal cocktail of your choice or a glass of wine and soak up the ambience of our lovely sunny terrace surrounded by fragrant flowers and shrubs. Please allow half an hour ahead of the time of your reservation to relax and enjoy your pre-dinner drink experience while perusing the menu at your leisure.
Our facilities
- Corporate meetings: we offer a full range of options for all your business lunch or meeting needs, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as tea, coffee and pastries throughout the day.
- Outdoor area/al fresco dining: available to those booking our 28-capacity conservatory for private dining. There is an additional 20-seater space in our quaint courtyard adorned with honeysuckle, trailing ivy and a variety of other greenery.
- Private dining: includes our conservatory and upstairs dining areas.
- Accessibility: we have a completely wheelchair-accessible ground-floor area including toilet facilities.
Function booking points to note
- We ask for a £50 per person deposit for all reservations,
- We welcome large party reservations of 12 or more on a private hire basis,
- We may ask for a minimum spend to hire any of our rooms privately,
- A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill,
- Please advise us of any special dietary requirements at the point of booking,
- Please advise your guests the arrival time only, which is half an hour before the time your table is booked. To ensure an efficient service for your party and our other guests on the occasion, it is important that we seat you at the time of your booking. This way you can make your menu choices in our relaxed lounge bar area and enjoy a pre-dinner drink
